Executive Assistant

About the Position

Lamb County Electric Cooperative is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Manager of Administrative Services, and Board of Directors. This role helps keep information organized, meetings coordinated, and communications flowing smoothly throughout the Cooperative.

The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, trustworthy, willing to learn, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will help support daily administrative operations by:

  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for leadership and the Board of Directors

  • Preparing meeting agendas, notices, reports, and maintaining official meeting minutes

  • Assisting with planning and coordination of the Cooperative’s Annual Meeting

  • Organizing and maintaining management files and records

  • Assisting employees with benefit information and administrative paperwork

  • Helping coordinate training, travel, and events for staff and board members

  • Ordering office supplies and assisting with general office operations

  • Supporting internal programs such as employee service awards and wellness initiatives

This position also serves as a point of contact for employees, members, and the public when assistance or information is needed.
